Art to Zen: Fan Painting Workshop

August 9 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Join Art to Zen and Café Marguerite for an afternoon of creativity, mindfulness, and community. No artistic experience is necessary. Local Ecuadorian artist and psychotherapist specializing in art therapy, Estefanía Alvarez-Zumarraga, will guide you through the process of creating your own beautifully hand-painted fan.
Inspired by the summer heat, color, and self-expression, you’ll learn simple painting techniques while designing a functional piece of art to take home. This workshop is designed to connect with your creativity, and enjoy a relaxing afternoon in a beautiful and welcoming community space.
While creating your fan, enjoy Café Marguerite’s delicious pastries, coffee, tea, or one of their wine, beer, cocktails, or mocktails available for purchase.
